Part of the Cantú Queer Resource Center’s mission is to provide education to the broader UCSC and Santa Cruz communities about the lived realities, strengths, and needs of 2SLGBTQIA+ individuals. We’re proud to offer trainings that help foster inclusion, understanding, and equity across campus and beyond.
What we offer
Our trainings and workshops are designed to meet people where they are. Whether you’re new to the conversation or looking to go deeper, we’ll work with you to shape a session that supports your learning goals. Common topics include:
- Navigating pronouns and inclusive language
- Queer allyship and accomplice hood
- Sexual and gender diversity in higher education
- Supporting specific identities or intersectional experiences
- Other topics by request
We’re also happy to collaborate on custom content for your team, class, organization, or department.
